What is the Character Project?
Welcome to the Character Project, a program designed by Pform.nz for the purpose of providing dedicated students an opportunity to assume positions of leadership within our classes and become behavioural role-models for younger students. At the Character Project, we place a focus on pedagogy and providing a practical platform for self-development. Our Junior Leader and Junior Tutor teams are made up of responsible students with great attitudes and a passion for education. Junior Leaders and Junior Tutors will be assigned to a Pform.nz class and become an official ‘assistant’ to the Tutor, learning the ins-and-outs of pedagogy, childhood development and educational responsibility. We are very selective when it comes to these programs, only accepting the most mature and reliable students.
This program is exclusive to current Pform.nz students. You must be 11 years or older and enrolled into a Pform.nz class in order to be considered for the Junior Leader or Junior Tutor teams.
